Coconut Cleaning Co. Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in the Coconut Cleaning Co. Referral Program! These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the referral process and the rewards you and your referred friend can earn. By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Coconut Cleaning Co. Referral Program, you must be an existing customer of Coconut Cleaning Co. ("Referrer"). You can refer friends, family members, or anyone else who is not already a customer of Coconut Cleaning Co. ("Referred Friend"). The Referred Friend must be a new customer (i.e., someone who has not used Coconut Cleaning Co. services before).
2. Referral Program Rewards
For the Referred Friend: Upon using the referral link provided by the Referrer to book their first cleaning service, the Referred Friend will receive a $100 discount on their first service. The discount will be applied after the service is completed. The Referred Friend must meet the minimum service requirement of $200 (before applying the referral discount) to be eligible for the discount. This means that after the $100 discount, the total payment for the service must be at least $100. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
For the Referrer: After the Referred Friend completes their cleaning service, the Referrer will receive a $50 Amazon gift card sent to the email address associated with their Coconut Cleaning Co. referral link. The gift card will only be issued after the Referred Friend’s service is successfully completed. If the Referred Friend cancels or reschedules their appointment, the Referrer will not receive the gift card until the service is successfully performed.
3. Service Requirements
The Referred Friend must book and complete their first service with Coconut Cleaning Co. to be eligible for the referral discount.
The Referred Friend’s total service amount must be at least $200 before applying the $100 referral discount.
The Referrer will only receive the $50 Amazon gift card after the Referred Friend’s service has been completed. The gift card will be emailed to the Referrer’s account email address within 7-10 business days of the completed service. Please contact us if you did not receive your gift card and believe one should have been sent.
4. Program Restrictions
Referrals can only be made for new customers who have not previously used Coconut Cleaning Co. services.
The $50 Amazon gift card reward is only given to Referrers who meet all conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Coconut Cleaning Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
Referral rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of payment.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If the Referred Friend cancels or reschedules their cleaning service appointment after using the referral link, the Referrer will not receive the $50 Amazon gift card until the Referred Friend's service is completed successfully.
6. Program Abuse
Coconut Cleaning Co. reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Referral Program. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in the suspension of your participation in the Referral Program and the forfeiture of any earned rewards.
