OK, I guess it’s been a while since I had my carpet cleaned. Matt, who came, was hard-working, energetic, and so grateful to have my business. I am blessed that he was chosen to come help me. He let me know when he was coming, and unfortunately left when I was in the other room tidying up. I did have to call them back to make sure that he was tipped for a job. Well done. I really appreciated him! He was extremely professional, and I never saw anyone put corner guards so the hoses would not hit the walls or paint. Thank you again, Matt . I WOULD RECOMMEND!

I can’t recommend Coconut enough - first thing I noticed was how AMAZING the house started smelling when they began working (like tropical sunscreen that reminds you of vacation). They were done faster than expected and the difference was night and day - the house feels brand new, fresh, and so much cleaner! Makes me want to get this done quarterly now.

The company representative, Jackson, was 5-star! So friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He brought the amazing service to the next level and made this a company you definitely want to work with again.
