Welcome to Coconut Cleaning. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, coconutcleaningco.com (the "Site"), and the cleaning services we provide. By using the Site, submitting a lead form, signing up for our email list, opting in to text messages, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.


1. About Us

Coconut Cleaning ("Coconut Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential and commercial cleaning services across multiple states in the United States. Our registered business address is:

2. Services

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as described on the Site or as agreed in writing (including by text or email) between you and Coconut Cleaning. Service scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including for unsafe conditions, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.


3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

Estimates. Quotes provided online, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope of the job differs materially from what was described.

Payment Methods. We accept payment by credit/debit card or cash.

When Payment Is Due. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring service customers may be billed per the schedule confirmed at signup.

Authorization. If you provide a payment card, you authorize Coconut Cleaning to charge that card for the agreed service amount and for any applicable damages, returned-payment fees, or balances owed under these Terms.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service at no charge by giving us at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may, at our discretion, be subject to rescheduling at the next available time. We do not currently charge cancellation fees, but we reserve the right to decline future bookings for repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Access, Property, and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, lawful, and timely access to the property to be cleaned.
  • Secure or remove cash, jewelry, firearms, prescription medications, and other valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our arrival.
  • Inform us in advance of any pets, hazardous materials, security systems, or special instructions.
  • Maintain a working supply of utilities (water, electricity) at the property during service.

If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time through no fault of ours, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.


6. Damages, Breakage, and Liability

Our team takes care in every home and business we clean. If we cause damage or breakage during a service, notify us in writing at service@coconutcleaningco.com within 48 hours of the service so we can investigate and respond. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or improperly installed/secured items.
  • Items not disclosed as fragile, valuable, or sentimental.
  • Damage resulting from defective surfaces, materials, or fixtures.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee, refund, or re-clean as a matter of policy. Any resolution offered is at our sole discretion.


7. Right to Refuse or Stop Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time, including (without limitation) for unsafe working conditions, abusive or threatening behavior, biohazards, infestations, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.


8. Email Communications

By submitting a lead form, booking a service, or signing up for our email list, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from Coconut Cleaning, including service confirmations, follow-ups, retargeting offers, and marketing promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. Transactional emails related to an active booking may continue regardless of marketing preferences.


9. SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your mobile number to Coconut Cleaning — whether through a lead form, at booking, by email signup, or otherwise — and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

Program Description. Coconut Cleaning sends text messages for appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service follow-ups, customer care, and promotional offers (including retargeting offers and discounts).

Message Frequency. You will receive approximately 4–8 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your account activity and promotions.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

How to Opt Out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further marketing texts. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to an active booking unless you also contact us to cancel service.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Not Required for Purchase. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Coconut Cleaning.

No Sharing of SMS Information. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting our own services (for example, our SMS platform provider) is permitted, but those parties are restricted from using your information for their own marketing.


10. 30% Off Email Signup Offer

When you sign up for our email list, you may receive a 30% off promotional discount, subject to the following terms:

  • The discount is valid for one-time use by the original email subscriber.
  • The offer is available to new email subscribers only.
  • The discount applies to standard residential or commercial cleaning services and cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotion.
  • The discount has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • Coconut Cleaning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or revoke the discount in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in Section 9 and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, images, and the "Coconut Cleaning" name and brand — is owned by Coconut Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.


13. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coconut Cleaning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coconut Cleaning, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coconut Cleaning, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.


16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.


17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
