BEFORE & AFTER: REAL CLEANING RESULTS

Professional carpet cleaning takes a floor from visibly soiled — dark traffic lanes, set-in spots, uneven shading — to a clean, even surface across the whole room. The difference comes from hot-water extraction: hot water and cleaning solution are worked deep into the fibers, then pulled back out along with the dirt, oils and residue that vacuuming leaves behind. The same principle applies to tile and grout, where built-up soil is lifted out of the grout lines instead of just pushed around, and to upholstery, where extraction pulls staining out of the fabric without soaking or shrinking it. Most of what looks like permanent damage is actually accumulated soil — and it comes out.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A REAL BEFORE & AFTER

  • Traffic lanes and shading come back to even. The dark paths in front of couches, down hallways and through doorways are soil, not worn fibers.
  • Most spots lift completely. Food, drink, mud, pet accidents and everyday spills usually release under extraction.
  • Some damage is permanent — and we'll tell you. Bleach spots, dye transfer, pet urine that's reached the pad, and burns can't be cleaned out. We'd rather set the expectation up front than surprise you.
  • Carpet dries in 4–6 hours. Not days. You can walk on it sooner with clean shoes or socks.

OUR PROCESS

Every Coconut job runs the same way, in every market: a walkthrough to identify problem areas and set realistic expectations, pre-treatment on spots and heavy soil, hot-water extraction at truck-mount pressure, and a final walkthrough with you before we pack up. Eco-friendly solutions throughout — safe around kids and pets.

Yes. Every image is from an actual Coconut Cleaning Co. job, shot by our technicians on site. We don't use stock photography or vendor-supplied images.

Results depend on fiber type, how long the soiling has been there, and whether there's underlying damage. Most carpets in normal condition see a dramatic difference. Our technicians will tell you what's realistically achievable before we start.

Most residential jobs take 1–3 hours depending on square footage and how much pre-treatment is needed.

Yes — carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, and area rugs, plus commercial services.

Usually, yes. Coffee is a tannin stain — it binds to the fabric fibers but doesn't permanently dye them, so professional extraction pulls most of it out. Fresh spills come out almost completely. Older ones, or spills that have been scrubbed with a household cleaner or hit with heat from a steam machine, are harder because the stain has been driven deeper into the fibers. Two things that make a big difference: blot rather than rub, and don't apply heat before it's professionally cleaned. Even set-in coffee stains typically improve dramatically.
